Wednesday, February 11, 2026

Dear Clients, Partners, Friends, and Family,

We are delighted to welcome you to the 12th edition of our newsletter.

The year has started exceptionally well for CHASEGOLF, and we are truly grateful for the continued trust, enthusiasm, and support we receive from all of you. Thanks to your loyalty and collaboration, 2026 is already shaping up to be an exciting and dynamic year in the world of luxury golf travel.

In this edition, we are pleased to share the latest CHASEGOLF news and updates.

We begin with a recap of our attendance at the PGA Show in Orlando this past January, an inspiring few days filled with valuable meetings, new connections, and fresh ideas for the seasons ahead. We also look ahead to our upcoming conferences and familiarization trips planned throughout the year, where we will continue strengthening partnerships and uncovering exceptional experiences for our clients.

We are excited to introduce our new inventory of unique golf experiences across Europe, carefully curated to offer unforgettable moments both on and off the course. From iconic championship layouts to hidden gems, our portfolio continues to grow in both depth and distinction.

You will also find updates on the bespoke trips currently in the making, each one thoughtfully designed to deliver seamless service, world-class golf, and memorable cultural experiences.

Finally, our Destination of the Month takes us to the breathtaking South West of Ireland, a region that perfectly captures the magic of links golf, dramatic landscapes, and warm Irish hospitality.

As always, we thank you sincerely for being part of the CHASEGOLF journey. Your support means the world to us. We wish you continued success, good health, and many happy rounds of golf wherever you may be playing.

Warmest regards,
The CHASEGOLF Team

Our attendance to the 2026 PGA Show for the second consecutive year

We were delighted to represent CHASEGOLF at the 2026 PGA Show in Orlando last month. As usual, the amount of Irish and Scottish golf travel suppliers was outstanding and it is always a great pleasure to meet with familiar faces, catch-up and listen to the hot news in these destinations.

What really stood out this year was the growing number of suppliers from other emerging golf destinations in Europe, strategic partnerships between golf resorts and larger US tour operators, as well as the growing enthusiasm for golf travel in general from public and private clubs to larger professional golfers’ associations. Golf travel even made it to the central stage with a discussion centered around the benefits of golf travel for clubs and their members, leveraging golf travel programs as a tool to engage, motivate and retain newer and lifelong members, creating a dynamic community within the club.

This year, we noted the high-visibility of Portugal (mainly the Algarve), a new tour operator representing Austria as an upcoming golf destination, the presence of representatives from England as well as major partnerships between the Fairmont La Hacienda Links Golf Resort (Costa del Sol, Spain) and Costa Navarino (Greece) with Premier Golf, also part of the DP European Tour Destinations portfolio.

As for the personal photo below, it has a deep meaning and a story worth telling as Sean Bleyl from MembersFirst and myself had not seen each other for 19 years since we last worked together at the beautiful Pompano Beach Club in Bermuda back in 2007. The most surprising thing when we looked at each other…? Neither of us have changed and we still have many laughs after all these years!!! Sean and Shanna, thank you both so much for such a wonderful evening.

Our next meetings, conferences and familiarization trips

We are excited to be heading to Jacksonville, FL for a future collaboration with a new Women Golf Travel Community called Sur Le Parcours and promoting France as a golf destination. More to come on this soon!

Later this year, our team will attend the IAGTO European Convention in Málaga, Spain from May 16-21, 2026 with potential fam trips to Costa Brava, Costa del Sol, the Algarve and Lisbon in Portugal. We simply can’t wait to return to the area (it has been more than 15 years), revisit the new golf courses, the hotels and all the fun activities so we can design amazing golf trips in this part of Europe.

In September, we will be heading to the Netherlands to support our trip operations during the 2026 Solheim Cup at Bernardus GC, tentatively followed by another trip to Ireland. Please give us a shout if you are going to be near us.

Inventory of unique golf experiences in Europe

As we deepen our relationships with suppliers and leverage our network, we are building an inventory of unique golf experiences across Europe, enabling us to combine the greatest rounds of golf with off-the-market experiences, some available to the public and some only to us. In addition to the experiences mentioned below, we are also seeing Golf Medical/Performance and Wellness programs coming to life as well as more and more golf retreats targeted to specific groups and types of avid golfers.

Destination of the month: South West Ireland

South West Ireland — the Wild Atlantic Way

Since we just finished a new itinerary in Ireland, we were reminded how gorgeous the golf courses really are in this part of the country and it inspired us to showcase it as our “Destination of the Month”.

South West Ireland and the Wild Atlantic way are such special places in our hearts that we can’t put words on the raw beauty of the landscapes. From Cork to the charming villages of Cobh and Kinsale, driving through the scenic Ring of Beara, the Ring of Kerry (and the Skellig Ring too!) and the Dingle Peninsula all the way to the Limerick Castle, this area boasts lively towns, charming Irish pubs and welcoming hosts. There is so much to do and explore in this part of the country whether you want to enjoy fabulous drives, beautiful hikes in National Parks, take a lake cruise, wander among lush gardens, visit the Blarney Castle to kiss the Blarney stone, fish, cycle, learn falconry, taste delicious local gourmet food and Irish whisky or simply get with the locals in the pubs and sing Irish songs all night long. There is truly something for everyone here, whether you are a golfer or a non-golfer and want to travel with your friends and family.

There is also a variety of accommodation types ranging from charming B&Bs, to luxury hotels to “Leading Hotels of the World” (The Killarney Park Hotel), “Relais et Châteaux” (Sheen Falls Lodge) properties, or “Forbes 5*” rated castle hotels (Adare Manor). Some of the main towns to spend a few days here are Kenmare, Killarney, Tralee, Dingle, Adare and Ballybunion.

As far as golf is concerned, this area is ideal for avid golfers in search of championship links and parkland courses. Please note, we have listed below the most notable courses and while we can make magic happen (sometimes, yes!), advanced reservation (at least 6 to 9 months) is highly suggested to secure your tee-times on these gorgeous courses:
