We offer a free initial consultation (discovery call) during which we get to know each other so we can better access your needs. Travel Consulting / Travel Coaching
Travel Consulting can be the ideal solution for you if your trip is less than 5 nights, our agency’s minimum trip requirement, or if you simply do not need a travel agency to organize your trip and you have questions requiring a certain level of expertise, we are here for you!
Alternatively, if you want to receive our advice on your trip itinerary (whether created independently or through an agency), we will advise the best options based on our knowledge & experiences.

Personalized Trip Arrangements
We create a tailor-made golf trip based on your requirements and preferences. Each detail and logistic aspect is organized perfectly so you can enjoy the best vacation ever. We create amazing golf trips for golfers and non-golfers, couples, friends & family and include your accommodation, tee-times, domestic transportation, transfers, and private tours. Our itineraries are unique and we craft new routes on demand. The personalization of your golf trip is truly unlimited.

What is your minimum number of nights?
We have a 5-night minimum trip policy in place. If your trip is shorter than 5 nights, we recommend scheduling a consulting session instead.
How much advance of my trip do I need to be in touch with CHASEGOLF?
We are masters at creating the perfect golf trip and It takes longer than usual to organize such itineraries. We suggest contacting us at least 6 months in advance; sometimes 1 year in advance, if you are traveling to a major golfing destination such as Scotland, Ireland, and England.
I am interested, how can I be in touch, so we can start planning?
Great, you can schedule a discovery call directly here on our calendar. Make sure you are as specific as you can be so we can come-up with some amazing ideas for your trip! Please note, your golf expert will be on video but you do NOT have to be. You decide how you would like it to be, and this will be your choice. We personally love video calls because it creates such a unique feel and a deeper connection between us. Plus, you can see our amazing golf office.

Awesome! We work with one of the best travel online registration and payment platforms there is. We will set-up your online account and share this link with you and the participants so everyone can register. The partner we use has a user-friendly registration tool enabling you to register in no-time and seamlessly.
What type of supporting documents and helpful tools does CHASEGOLF provide us with?
Our “Ready, set, golf” package includes guidance and useful tips for your golf trip in Europe. You will receive a check-list of formalities, a packing list, a reminder of the major golf etiquette rules to respect on and off the greens, guidance on what to expect when playing golf in Europe, versus golfing in the US and restaurant reservation advice. You will also receive your unique logins to access an online app containing your travel documents, maps and sightseeing highlights we recommend to check-out during your trip.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We partner with one of the best travel insurance provider specializing in golf travel. We will send you a couple of quotes after the confirmation of your trip and off you go.
Can we ship our Golf Clubs instead of traveling with them?
Yes, we work with the leader in the industry and we would be happy to send you a quote to ship your bags anywhere in Europe.
